Here's a new piece I'm working on, I've been so excited about the upcoming series of Dexter: Season 5 so I just have to do a pic :D

I really wanted to do an action pic of him but could think of anything he could do, as he doesn't really do anything full on, he's all stealth! But then I thought of doing something like this.. A bit more moody, since season 5 is based around that ;)

I need to know if this even looks like Dexter (Michael C. Hall) because I've been trying to get it right for a while, and now I've looked at it too long haha! Any advice would help..

I'm new to the critique world so I'm afraid I won' be able to give you amazing advice:meow: But I'll start with compliments :la: Im good at those!

You have perfect anatomy strucutre for your style and I love thewrinkles of the clothes! :dummy: Your style is both unique and gripping! I love the form and shape of his hands as if they are tense! You have obviously worked hard on this! :dummy:

I would only like to comment badly on the face :fear: Don't take offence but I believe it doesn't suit the rest of the body. I believe it needs more expression.
But if you intended that then that is unnessacary information! :dummy:

Overall I like the dramatic pose and feel of this! Even tho there is no colour! :dummy:

I agree with Blaizethewolf the body us perfect but the detail is needed in the face the eyes dont seem right. other then that its great

Dexter, what a show! Gotta be my favourite thing on TV at the moment. Great job by the way!

If I was to critique this, it would be that his face doesn't really capture the likeness of Michael. I can see similarities, but I think the main thing that needs altering is the nose, it seems a lot wider than Michaels. And maybe the mouth, I can't quite put my finger on it haha.

Other then that, superb job as always!

Hi, nah sorry I use Photoshop for everything. My Wacom Intuos4 does most of the work for me when it comes to outlines haha!

I would give critique but I don't have critique feature right now. First of all I want to saw WOW about season five. Its funny you couldn't think of an action scene because this season is FULL OF THEM. RIGHT? Like when he choked the guy to death with the plastic or when he snapped the guys neck? That was cool. But other wise I think you have the anatomy right, just I think the face could be done differently. I cannot draw humans for my life, but it doesn't really look like Michael C. Hall. It's too angry, when dexter doesn't really kill out of anger. His mouth and eyes are good, but the nose is the issue. I thought I coul help.
